Enjoy your meal!

500 g bloem
5 eierdooiers
1 theelepel bakpoeder
6 eetlepels room
1 theelepel suiker
20 gr. boter
Snufje zout
2 eetlepels witte azijn
Poedersuiker
Een liter olijfolie
Rum (1 eetlepel)
Vanille aroma essence (1 theelepel)
Bereiding:

English :
The faworki, Polish angel wings, are absolutely delicious. They are prepared in Poland during Carnival, and despite what it may seem, they are very easy to make. If you've never tried them, now is the time. Surprise your family with this delicious dessert, and you'll see how much everyone likes it.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients:
500 g of flour
5 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of baking powder
6 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of sugar
20 g of butter
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
Powdered sugar
1 liter of olive oil
Rum (1 tablespoon)
Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
Preparation:
To enjoy some absolutely delicious faworki, Polish angel wings, the first thing we need to do is mix the yeast, flour, and sugar. Make a well in the center and add the cream, the rum, the vanilla extract, the eggs, the butter, the salt, and the vinegar.
After this time, on a lightly floured countertop, knead the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of about two millimeters. Cut rectangles of approximately 3x6 centimeters with a knife, and make a cut in the center of each rectangle.
Now comes the trickiest part. Take one end of the strip, thread it through the slit, and pull it out the other side in the direction it was originally pointing, creating a kind of wavy loop. Repeat the process with all the strips.
Heat the oil until it is very hot, around 200°C (392°F), and fry the angel wings in small batches so the oil doesn't cool down. One minute in the pan is enough; when they are lightly golden, remove them and place them on a plate lined with paper towels so they can absorb the excess oil.
Serve them on a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Ready to eat!
¡¡Que aproveche!! Enjoy your meal! Laat het smaken!!
